At Jambu & Co., we want you to love every step in our footwear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the confirmation screen.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer, ensuring the new prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
